Staff were brilliant and very efficient and the room was airy, picturesque location close to town centre. Everything was modern as expected, even so the bathroom was not clean. The buffet breakfast was the best. I really enjoyed those guys, providing excellent service.

Amiable staff and room was delightful and pet friendly. Fine breakfast, marvellous service. Fab location, not too far away from Church of st Wilfrid. Also, I liked how peaceful the location was. Having different carbonated drinks in the bistro bar was a very nice touch.

At Ripon Spa we had a lovely stay. We liked that there was a bathtub. Next to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. We found nice Messy Buns nearby with hot beverages.
